As a key financial leader, you will oversee the accuracy of financial records, particularly accounting entries and review processes, while managing a team. You will ensure compliance with both local and international standards, and implement procedures defined at the Group level.
As a strategic advisor to leadership, you will utilize decision-making tools to support business steering. You will serve as the main point of contact for local entities within your area of responsibility.

• Accounting and Administrative Management
-    Participate in and coordinate the implementation of new Group processes, tools, and methodologies
-    Manage cash flow, monitor monthly accounts and working capital requirements, and handle banking negotiations
-    Prepare budget forecasts, calculate year-end provisions, and corporate income tax
-    Supervise both general and analytical accounting
-    Ensure compliance with IFRS, French GAAP, and tax regulations
-    Oversee insurance matters and regulatory compliance
-    Maintain relationships with auditors, external accountants, tax authorities, customs, and banks
-    Provide monthly analysis and ensure timely reporting to Group (SAP/BCS)
• Team Management
-    Lead and motivate the France Shared Services Center team
-    Define roles and responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency and service quality

- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Audit, or Management Control

- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment or Shared Services Center

- Technical Skills

- Excellent command of French accounting, taxation, and IFRS standards

- Strong proficiency in SAP FI-CO

- Fluent in English

Occasional travel to Germany is required.
