Outsourcing Program Manager

As part of the controlled and strategic expansion of our outsourcing initiatives, we are creating a key position: Outsourcing Program Manager.
Reporting to the Support Functions Department, you will join a dedicated outsourcing unit with a mission to structure, lead, and optimize our back-office outsourcing programs.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, combining project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and contract governance - all within an international environment.

Your mission: to manage operational decisions and back office outsourcing contract negotiations.

You will be working in an international context, with frequent trips abroad (Romania, India).

Main tasks :

Pre-project studies

• Example: Carrying out and managing Make or Buy analyses.

Operational management of strategic outsourcing projects.

• Manage end-to-end outsourcing projects (analysis, implementation, follow-up).

• Organize and manage strategic calls for tender.

• Prepare and lead performance reviews of strategic suppliers.

Training and support

• Train and support business relays in outsourcing project management.

• Structure best practices and ensure internal skills transfer.
  

Governance and compliance

• Oversee the governance of outsourcing contracts.

• Check the compliance of contractual documents, invoices and procedures.
  

Documentation and reporting

• Centralize and manage outsourcing-related reporting.

• Draft and update standard documents and develop appropriate management tools.

Who we're looking for

• Master's degree (Bac+5 or equivalent)

• 5+ years of experience in outsourcing, project management, or complex contract negotiation

• Strong skills in project leadership, strategic analysis, and tender management

• Excellent command of Excel for tracking and reporting

• Good knowledge of outsourcing governance and compliance processes

• Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.
